Advanced Embodiment Certificate

Thank you for your interest in training with us.

This training is designed for Family Constellations and Systemic Work facilitators who would like to deepen their capacity to work with movement and embodiment within systemic processes.

Trainees will learn how to incorporate embodiment and movement in order to best prepare a group for the work, as a reflective and integrative tool to use during constellation workshops, and in order to that support grounding, regulation, and nervous system wellbeing.

Tanja and Sian work from a process oriented approach, valuing the wisdom of embodied knowledge, experiential learning, and collective intelligence. Tanja brings a wealth of experience as a senior constellations trainer and traditional ancestral healer, while Sian brings her expertise in embodiment as a qualified Movement Therapist and Expressive Movement Founder and Trainer. Together they have trained extensively within each other’s lineages, creating a unique and integrated approach to embodied systemic work.

The training combines personal development, experiential learning, theoretical understanding, supervised practice, and mentoring. It is designed to strengthen your facilitation skills while supporting your own wellbeing as a practitioner and the wellbeing of your clients.

Please note that this certificate does not qualify participants to facilitate Ancestral Connections® workshops or training programmes. Additional training and commitments are required for that pathway and will be outlined separately.

Skills and Capacities You Will Develop

Throughout the training you will have the opportunity to develop:

• Effective ways to release tension from the body and attend to your wellbeing as a practitioner.
• The ability to hold a safe container for embodied practices and support clients in moving somatically through their experiences.
• Greater awareness of internal bodily sensations and the capacity to orient yourself in space, while assisting others to do the same.
• Techniques for bringing lightness, creativity, and playfulness into systemic processes.
• Skills for supporting representatives to engage more actively and authentically within embodied roles.
• Ways of connecting with relationships, family systems, and ancestors through the physical body.
• Increased sensing, attunement, and capacity for presence with clients.
• The ability to facilitate movement waves and a range of embodied exercises that deepen embodiment and integration.

Spaces are limited to 16 participants. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Entrance Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Completed a comprehensive training in Family Constellations or Systemic Work.
• Submitted an application form and training motivation statement.
• Attended an online interview with either Sian or Tanja.

Training Requirements

To receive your Certificate of Completion, participants are required to complete:

• Six days of online training (10am to 4pm).
• Four days of in person immersion training with Tanja and Sian in London.*
• Two individual 60 minute mentoring sessions with either Sian or Tanja.
• Peer practice and reflection sessions, including a reflective report.
• Submission of a portfolio of evidence.
• A graduation interview.

*The four day immersion may also be offered as an intensive training by invitation for groups of facilitators in their own country.

Further Training Pathway

This certificate may be undertaken as a standalone training or as the first step in a longer professional pathway towards becoming an Ancestral Connections Facilitator®.

The subsequent training expands into the advanced integrated work developed by Tanja and Sian, including the Ancestral Connection Map, Embodying Life, Gateways, Myth & Archetype work, and Ritual.
